What is cyber bullying?
 Cyber bullying is using any electronic device to hurt others online. You could post embarassing pictures of someone so every one can see them. You could  also threaten or say rude things to someone online.  There is no escape from cyber bullying.  People seem to be more harsh when they  cyber bully someone because they can't see the emotions of the people they are bullying. This makes the cyber bully feel more powerful.
